Samadani Law, APC (originally Samadani & Associates) was established in 2000 by Arash Samadani with the goal of providing superior legal services to a wide range of clients. While the firm is located in Orange County, and the majority of its clients are located in Southern California, Samadani Law, APC represents clients throughout California, as well as nationwide in federal matters.
The firm is dedicated to providing innovative, cost-effective, and practical legal services. Through its commitment to maintaining a client-centric focus, use of systems and technology to improve efficiency, and success in achieving client goals and objectives, the firm continues to expand its diverse client base.
The Founder
Arash Samadani earned his JD from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where he distinguished himself academically. A member of the National Order of Barristers, Mr. Samadani is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as the federal courts in the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. The majority of his current caseload consists of representing clients in trademark matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
In his over 20 years of practice, Mr. Samadani has represented a myriad of clients in complex, extremely sensitive, and high-value matters, including complex commercial litigation, intellectual property portfolio management, mergers & acquisitions, and startup incubation. He has built a fiercely loyal clientele by consistently providing exceptional service, carefully tailoring his approach to each client and matter, and utilizing creativity to resolve disputes.
